rETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at desappliance.com. We take pride in providing high quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return or seek a refund for a purchase. This return and Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for such situations.

1. RETURNS
1.1 Eligibility

-Replacement of unit due to change of mind is not allowed. Only defective goods can be returned or exchanged.

-If the item was defective, customer shall inform desappliance.com within 7 days. Kindly send us an email at info@desappliance.com and a Customer Representative will get in touch with you to investigate and provide you with instructions on the matter. In case customer informed desappliance.com later than 7 days, the concern will still be investigated but item replacement will be under manufacturer’s disposition.

-To be eligible for a return, item must be in its original delivery condition and sent back to us with prepaid shipping charges and insured for the full purchase price, with original copy of Sales Invoice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Strongmotocentrum.com may charge administrative and handling charges depending on the circumstances of the return.

-Certain products, such as motorcycle spare parts, may have specific eligibility requirements due to their nature. Please contact our customer support for further information.

1.2 Return Process

-To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@desappliance.com or +63970-192-9564 and provide your order details and the reason for the return.

-Our team will guide you through the return process, including the necessary instructions and shipping address.

-You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

1.3 Inspection and Refunds

-Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

-If the return is approved, we will issue a refund using the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment where refunds will be made via bank transfer into the individual’s bank account provided that complete and accurate bank account details are provided to us or check pick-up on preferred branch of store. Also, all refunds will be deducted with handling and shipping fee incurred on the transaction.

DES Appliance offers no guarantee on the timeliness of the refunds. The processing of payment may take time depending on the guidelines provided by the respective banks and/or payment provider’s internal processing guidelines. All refunds are conditional upon desappliance.com acceptance of a valid return of the item.

DES Appliance reserves the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at nay time without notice. DES Appliance will not provide you a refund for certain goods which by nature cannot be refunded.

2. REFUNDS
2.1 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

-Used or damaged items

-Items without original packaging

-Personalized or customized items

-Perishable goods

2.2 Refund Exceptions

In certain cases, we may not issue a refund or may provide a partial refund, including:

-Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

-Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

2.3 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item.

-We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos, to assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.

2.4 Replacements and Exchanges

-Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement or exchange for damaged or defective items. This will be detrmined on a case-to-case basis.
